Ingredients

Pine Apple Juice – 1 cup
Maida – 300 gram
Sugar ( powdered) – 100 gram
Butter – 250 gram
Egg – 4
Baking Powder – 3 tea spoon
Cashew nut – 10
Cardamom – 4
Raisin – 6

Method of preparation

Heat the maida and allow it to cool. Later add the baking powder and mix. Take out the yellow yolk of the egg and add butter and sugar and mix it till it become soft. Add maida ad pineapple juice into the egg mixture and mix well. then add the white egg yolk and fried cashew nut and raisins. Take a vessel and spread the ghee into it. Pour the content into the vessel and bake it in microwave oven at 300 degree. When it get cooled you can serve.
