
Ingredients
Peanut – 2 cup
Butter – 2 table spoon
Milk Powder – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – ½ table spoon
Vanilla Essence – 1 drop
Water – 1 cup
Method of preparation
Fry the peanuts. After that take off the skin. Then make the peanut in to fine powder in mixer. Add the milk powder into water and mix. Add the peanut powder and sugar into the milk and stir well. Heat butter in a pan and pour the earlier prepared mixture and stir well. when it get thickened lower the flame and keep continuously stirring . after some time add the cardamom powder , vanilla essence and mix. Take another vessel spread the butter and pour the prepared halwa mix into it. When it get cooled make it into small pieces and can serve.
