Peanut Butter – 2 cup
Butter – 60 gm
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tbsp
Groundnut – 2 tbsp
Chocolate coating
Cooking chocolate – 250 gm
Butter – 1 tbsp

Heat butter and peanut butter in microwave. Add vanilla essence and icing sugar and mix well. If needed add more icing sugar. Make small balls out of this mixture. Freeze it until it becomes a hard ball. Place the groundnuts in a plate.
Double boil the chocolate and butter. Take the balls with a tooth pic, dip in this chocolate mix, then dip in the groundnut mix. Place these balls in a baking tray. Set keeping a fridge.
