Ingredients:
Pazhamanga chopped – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 table spoon
Cardamom powder – one pinch
Rice flour – 1 cup
Salt – as required

Method of preparation:
Heat a pan, add the pazhamanga and sugar. When the sugar gets melted and absorbed by the mango, spread the cardamom powder and remove from the stove. Take the rice flour . add boiled water and salt and knead it. Take the banana leaf , clean it and spread the rice flour dough into it like you do it for ada. It should be spread thin. Then keep the prepared pazhamanga mix on top of it and fold it. Then cook it by steaming.
