Papaya – ¾ Kilo
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – ½ Cup
Cashew Nut – 15 no
Cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon
Water – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Cut the cashew into very small pieces and fry it in ghee. Cut the papaya into very small pieces and also fry it in ghee. Take water in a vessel and add the fried papaya, sugar and cook it. On getting cooked add the fried cashew nut and cardamom powder . Then put the halwa into the vessel rubbed with ghee. The halwa is ready to serve.
