Milk – 4 cups
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Saffron, Pista, Almond

Boil 2 cups of milk. Add lime juice to it. Stir well. When it cools down, squeeze it through a cloth. Paneer is prepared. Boil 1 1/2 cup of water and sugar. Make the paneer into small balls and add to this sugar syrup. Boil 2 cups of milk and add cardamom powder, almond, saffron, pista and sugar to it. When the milk boils down and becomes quite thick, take the paneer balls from the sugar syrup and add to this milk. Cool and serve.
