Palkova - Adukkala

Ingredients:

Milk – 1½ Litre
Coconut Milk – 1½ (from 3 coconut)
Cashew nut – 100 Gram
Dried grapes – 100 gram
Sugar – ¼ kilo

Preparation:

Boil milk and coconut milk in the stove and take out when the water get drained. Make the sugar into syrup. Put the mixture of milk in the syrup and mix well. Then add the cashew nut and dried grapes which is fried in the ghee. When the syrup get drained pour this into the plate rubbed with ghee and can cut into required shapes.
