Ingredients:
Sugar – 6 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 ltr
Egg – 5
Bread without sides – 6
Vanilla Essence – 1/4 tbsp
Cashewnut – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp

Preparation:
Add sugar to the milk. Add crushed bread into this. Keep for 20 minutes. Add beated egg and vanilla essence to this. Keep a non stick pan on the stove, when it gets heated up, add 1 spoon of ghee and add the mixture prepared to the pan. Cook in low flame. Serve decorating with cashewnuts and kismis.
