For Biscuit Layer:
Marie Biscuit – 10
Groundnut – 50gm
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp

For Dry Fruits Layer:
Dates – 100gm
Kismis – 50gm
Raisins – 50 gm
Water – 1 cup

Custard Layer :
Milk – 1/2 ltr
Condensed milk – 1 tin
Sugar – 3 tbsp
China Grass – 5gm
Vanilla Essence – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 cup

Orange Layer:
Orange Juice – 1 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
China grass – 5 gm
Sugar – 3 tbsp

In a shaker, add 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup milk powder, 1 cup warm
water, 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter and mix well for 3 minutes to prepare
the condensed milk. A cup of this is used to prepare the pudding. In a
plate add marie biscuit, groundnut and powdered sugar, mix well and
bake in a pre heated oven of 1800 degree celsius for 10 minutes. In a
pan, add dates, kismis, raisins and water and cook for some time until
the water is condensed and then add sugar to it. Take 1/2 ltr of milk
in a pan, Add the condensed milk and sugar and boil well. Soak china
grass in water and add to the custard. Pour a layer of the custard
onto the baked biscuit mix. Add dry fruits in top of this. Now pour
the custard again. Keep in fridge and cool. Mix orange juice and
sugar, Add the soaked china grass to this, Add this orange layer on
top of the pudding kept to set and then refrigerate again and then
