Ingredients
Maida – two cups
Sugar – One cup
Baking powder – half teaspoon
Baking soda – half teaspoon
Salt – half teaspoon

Egg – One
Orange peel grated – tow table spoon

Sugar – half cup
Vegetable oil – three quarter cup
Buttermilk – One cup

Method
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put paper lining in muffin tins. Mix the first set of ingredients in a medium bawl. Mix the second set in a large bawl. Add to this sugar and beat. Add oil and butter milk and beat well. Into this add the first set mixed maida and pour into the mixer bawl and beat with medium speed. Pour this mix upto quarter point in each muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes and check with a toothpick. Remove from oven and let cool. Garnish with frosting .

To prepare maple frosting, melt three quarter cup butter and remove from stove. Add two cup icing sugar and quarter cup maple syrup and mix. (Instead of maple syrup, add orange juice to make creamy orange glaze frosting)
