Ingredients

Maida – 2 cup
Baking powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – ½ tea spoon
Sugar – ¼ cup
Butter – 250 gram
Beaten egg – 1
Milk – ¼ cup
Orange skin ( grated) – 2 tea spoon
Orange juice – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Pre- heat the oven in 175 degree Celsius. Crease the baking dish with butter and spread the maida.Mix the baking powder, salt and filter it. Add sugar, butter and mix it by blending in a blender. Add egg and milk and mix. add orange juice , vanilla essence, grated orange skin and mid it. Pour the cake mix into the baking dish and bake it for 30 minutes in oven in 175 degree Celsius. Take out the cake from the cake dish and can cut and serve in required shapes.
