Cooking chocolate – ½ cup
Fresh cream – 2/3 cup
Egg yolk – 1
Orange juice – 2 table spoon
Orange skin paste – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take a small sauce pan and heat. Add chocolate, fresh cream and melt it. take another bowl add egg yolk, orange juice and orange skin paste into it and beat well. Add chocolate mix into it and again heat it. when it get boiled, reduce the flame and then take out from the stove. stir it continuously till the heat goes off. Transfer this mix into the small pudding bowl and keep it fridge and cool it . then set this and can serve.
