Maida – 200 Gram
Baking soda – ½ tea spoon
Butter without salt – 200 gram
Sugar – 200 gram
Egg – 4
Orange Juice – ½ cup
Orange zest – 2 tea spoon
Salt – one pinch

For Frosting

Heavy Whipping cream – 1 ½ cup
Powdered sugar – 2 cup
Semi Sweet Chocolate – 150 gram
Butter without salt – 50 gram
Vanilla Extract – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Pre heat the Micro wave Oven in 170 degree Celsius. Take the pan suitable to make the cake and rub the butter. Spread some maida flour. Mix the maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl. Take another bowl and add the beaten egg and butter and mix well. This has to beaten till it get softer. Add orange juice, orange zest and mix. Put this mixture in the already prepared cake mix and mix properly. The mixing should be done so finely and pour this mix into the pan and bake it for ¾ hour. In order to check whether it has got cooked pierce it with a tooth pick. If the cake is not getting stick to the tooth pick then the cake has got baked well. Take out the cake from the microwave oven and keep it for getting cooled.

Take a pan and melt the chocolate and butter. Take out this from the stove and keep it in room temperature. Add Vanilla Extract into it and mix well. Take a bowl and mix the powdered sugar and whipping cream. Add the chocolate mix into the whipping cream mix. Cut the cake into two half . Take one half and pour the chocolate mix above that. Then take the other half and also pour the chocolate mix above the cake. Orange chocolate cake is ready. You can decorate the cake as you wish.
