
Ingredients:
Butter – 500gm
Icing Sugar – 500 gm
Egg – 11
Orange – 1
Orange juice – 20ml
Orange Juice – of an orange
Maida – 450gm
Baking powder – 45gm
Preparation:
Mix butter and icing sugar. Add egg to it. When it becomes in cream form, add orange juice to it. Now add orange pieces to it. Add maida and baking powder to this. Mix this well. Bake well.
For Orange Sauce
Ingredients:
Orange juice – 400 ml
Sugar – 85gm
Liquid Glucose – 90gm
Add the ingredients well and boil well. When it condenses pour it on the cake.
