Ingredients

Basin – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 ¼ cup
Ghee – ¾ cup
Nutmeg powder – ¼ teaspoon
Orange colour – as required

Method

In a non-stick pan heat the ghee and fry the basin until its colour change. Dissolve sugar in water and make it a syrup. Mix the basin and colour into this and stir in slow flame. When it is almost dry, add the nutmeg powder and stir well and transfer to a plate with ghee applied. Roll the mix into small orange balls.
