
Ingredients
Ghee – one teaspoon
Cashenut, badam, kismis, pistha – half cup
Semia , oats, milk – one cup each
Vanila essence – half teaspoon
Sugar – as required
Method
Heat the ghee in an pan and fry the dried fruits and remove. Add the semia and fry it till brown. Add water and cook. Add milk and cook in slow flame until thick. Add oats and sugar and when it gets off from the edges add dried fruit and vanilla essence. Pour into a plate dashed with ghee. When it is cooled, cut into small pieces.
