Ingredients

1.Cherry – 75 gram
2.Lemon Skin dipped in Sugar syrup
3.Raisins – 75 gram
4. Kismis – 75 gram
5.Dates cut into small pieces – 75 gram
6. Almonds – chopped into small pieces – 75 gram
7.Brandy – 100 milligram
8.Maida – 170 gram
9. Baking soda – 75 gram
10.Cloves powder – 1 no
11.Cinnamon powder –
12. All Spice powdered – 1 tea spoon
13. Butter – 170 gram
14. Sugar Roasted –
15. Egg – 6 nos
16.Caramel Colour – 40 milli
17.Ghee – 40 milli
18.Honey – 20 milli
19.Salt – ¼ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take a medium bowl and add cherry, almonds ( badam) , raisins, kismis, dates, lemon skin . add brandy also into it. Add ½ cup maida into it and keep it aside for one night. Take another bowl add 2 cup maida baking soda, cloves, cinnamon , all spice, salt mix it and keep it aside.

Take a big bowl , add butter, roasted sugar, egg, caramel, honey, ghee and mix. Add the fruit mix and maida mix ito it. Grease the cake panel with ghee and keep the brown paper. Pour the cake mix into the cake panel and bake it in oven for three hours in the preheated oven in 175 degree. Cake is ready.
