Besen Flour (Kadalamavu) – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Sugar – 3 cup


Take a Flat vessel and add water and sugar and boil to become syrup till one consistence is reached; after that add ghee to it and keep adding the flour little by little and keep stirring till the flour is well blended Keep stirring to avoid the lumps. Sprinkle the besan flour little by little, keep stirring to avoid lumps. When it forms a slightly porous texture. Remove from the stove and pour the content in a plate and pat well. When it is warm cut into your required shapes. Once it get cool you can take out and serve.
