Egg – 2 no
Sugar – ½ cup
Water – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Take off the outer shell of the egg and take out the yellow yolk and beat it well. Make a small hole under the empty egg shell.

Take a pan and boil the water by dissolve the sugar. Boil it till it get thickened. Cover the hole of the empty egg shell with the hand and pour the beaten egg yellow yolk into it. Then remove the hand from the hole and pour the yolk through the hole to the sugar syrup round. Cook it in reduced flame. On getting cooked you can take out.
