Milk – 1 litre
Suji – 750 gram
Sugar – 250 gram
Ghee – 50 milli
Grated coconut – 1coconut
Cardamom – 8 nos ( powdered )
Kismis , cashew – as required

Method of preparation

Take the half portion of the ghee and heat in a pan. When it becomes red colour take out and keep it aside. then take another half of the ghee and heat. Then ad the grated coconut and roast it till it becomes light red colour. then take a uruli and boil the milk. When it gt boiled add the roasted suji, grated coconut , cardamom powder, cashew and kismis and mix well. Then make the mixture into small balls and keep it aside. when it get cooled you can serve.
