Ingredients:
Milk – 1 ltr
Ghee – 150 gm
Sugar – 40 gm
Cocoa powder – 25 gm
Maida – 25 gm
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp

Procedure:
Boil the milk in a pan until it gets reduced to half. Add maida, sugar and cocoa to it and stir well. Add half of the ghee to it. Stir well , then add the rest of the ghee and pour the contents to another bowl. Slice the mixture and keep. When it cools down, cut into small ices and serve. This mixture can be poured into the cups in the freezer and cooled off.
