Ingredients:
Maida – 500gm
Salt – 10 gm
Icing sugar – 75gmt
Margarin – 300gm
Green chilly – 3
Puthina leaves – 75gm
Corriander leaves – 25gm

Preparation:
Pre- heat the microwave oven to 160 degrees. Mix well icing sugar and margarin. Add maida and salt to this. Sort green chilly, puthina leaves and corriander leaves . When this mix cools off add this to the cookis mix. Cool this for about 15 minutes. Make this into sheets and then cut into round pieces using a round cutter. Put holes on top of it using a fork. Using a brush, add butter to the baking tray, place the cookies in it and then bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
