
Ingredients:
Milk – 3 cup
Condensed milk – 1 cup
Mango Pulp – 1 cup
Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Preparation:
In a pan, add condensed milk, milk, milk powder and sugar and mix well. Boil for some time.Stir well. Add cardamom powder to it. Let it cool. Add the mango pulp to this mixture. Mix well and pour the contents to a kulfi mould. Keep in freezer and let it cool well. When cooled well, shift to another plate and serve.
