Ripe Mango – 6
Sugar – ½ cup
Milk – 2 table spoon
Cream – ¼ cup
Egg – 1
Mango Essence – 4 drops
Method of preparation

Clean the mango and peel off the skin. Then cut the mango into small pieces. Beat the mango in a mixer and remove the fibers by filtering it. Mix the sugar . then add all the other ingredients. Beat it in a blender for fifteen minutes. Then transfer the content in a bowl and keep it in freezer to make cool. After one hour take out from the fridge and blend it again. Again keep it in fridge to get cool. Can serve
