Mango Juice – 3 cup
Milk boiled and thicken – 2 cup
Ghee – ½ cup
Water – ¼ cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon
Cashew nut . kismis – as required

Method of preparation

Take the mango juice and filter it. Then add the same with the boiled and thick milk and boil it in low flame. While boiling stir it continuously . when it get thickened add ghee. When the ghee get visible on top remove from flame . make the sugar syrup and pour it into the mango and boil it in low flame till it get thickened. Take a spoon of milk and add the cardamom powder and add it to the prepared mango mix and stir well. Remove it from the stove and pour the content in a ghee greased vessel. Then add the cashew nut, kismis, almonds and on getting cooled you can cut into pieces
