Ingredients:
Gelatin – 10 gm
Lemon – 2
Egg – 4

Preparation:
Soak Gelatin in cold water. Take the juice from lemon. Beat together the egg yolk, lime juice and sugar together. Take a pan, add hot water to it and then add this beated mixture into it. Add soaked gelatin to this and blend well. Add the beated egg white to this. Beat well. Pour this mixture in to another vessel and refrigerate. Add almonds and cashewnuts and decorate.
