Cashew nut – ¼ kilo
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 4 table spoon
Ghee or butter without salt – 2 table spoon
Saffron – 1 pinch

Method of preparation

Chop the cashew nut into small pieces. fry this in ghee. When it get cooked, powder it in a mixer. take a pan, pour milk into it and boil it in low flame. Add sugar into it and stir well, then add cashew nut and stir. Add saffron and again stir it. When the milk get thickened and comes to the stage of halwa remove from the flames. When it gets cooled cut it and serve.
