Plantain – 1/2 kg
Egg – 5
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cashewnut , Kismis – 8 each
Ghee – 1/2 cup

Fry the cashew and kismis in ghee and keep aside. In this same ghee fry the plantains too which have been sliced to long small pieces. Mix the egg and sugar and add this plantain to this mixture. Grind well this mixture. Add cardamom powder, cashew and kismis. In a pan add oil and then pour the mixture into it.Cook well. Poke the middle part of the pola to see if it has cooked, there is no sticking on the stick, the pola has been cooked. Serve.
