Urud dal – 500 Grams
Ghee – 400 grams
Sugar – 750 grams
Jilebi Colour – required


Soak urud dal and grind it to become batter. Make sugar into syrup adding the jibeli colour and keep separate. Take kadai and pour ghee into it. Once it get heat pour the batter in jilebi shape using a coconut outer shell which has hole. Take the fried jilebi and put the same in the sugar syrup. After some time you can take the same from the syrup.
