Roti – 1
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Egg – 3
Vanilla Essence – 1 tbsp
Jam – 3 tbsp

Cut the bread to small pieces and soak in hot milk. Mix egg and butter well in a plate. Add Vanilla essence to this. Add the soaked bread to this and mix well. Garnish a pudding dish with butter and then jam and then add the bread mixture to this. Cover with a aluminium foil and cook in steam. Cook for some time and then serve in a plate.
