Ripe Jack fruit – ½ kilo
Jaggery syrup – ¼ kilo
Coconut milk – of one coconut
Rice flour – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Grind the jack fruit in mixer. When it get boiled add the jaggery syrup. Mix the rice flour in the thick coconut milk without any lumps. When the water gets drained add the coconut milk and rice flour mix. When the water get drained out completely add the ghee and fry it. Then transfer the content into tray and later cut into required shapes and can serve
