Ingredients

1. Tender coconut water – 1 liter
2. Milk maid – 150 Milli
3. Thick coconut milk – ½ liter
4. Sugar – 5 table spoon
5. China grass – 8 gram

Method of preparation

Cut the china grass into small pieces and put into the tender coconut water and boil it. On getting cooled keep the same in the freezer and set it. When it get set remove from the freezer and keep it normal temperature in the fridge. Mix the coconut milk, sugar, and milk maid and keep it in refrigerator for cooling. When you serve take out the tender coconut water which got set and add 2 spoon of milkmaid mix and can serve.
