Ingredients

Basmathi Rice – half cup
Milk – half litre
Sugar – half cup
Cardamom powder – Half table spoon
Pista – 1 cup
Rose syrup – 4 Table spoon
Water – half cup

Method

Soak the rice in water for one hour. Grind it with enough water. Boil the milk with sugar in low flame and stirring well. Add rose syrup and stir well. Add the rice paste and mix well until it thickens. Remove from fire and add cardamom and stir well again. After it is cooled keep in fridge for an hour and then mix pista. Serve the delicious Firni.
