Ingredients

Skinned grapes – ½ Kg
Clove – two
Cinnamon – Two pieces of one inch
Sugar – ¾ Kg
Citric acid – 1 ½ teaspoon
Pottassium Metta Bi Sulphate – One cup

Method

Cook the grapes with enough water and cloves and cinnamon. Remove clove and cinnamon. Smash the cooked grapes. Add sugar, citric acid and cook again stirring well. Add ¼ cup of Potassium bisulphate and add the rest before bottling.
