Milk – ¼ liter
Sugar – ¼ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
Gelatin – 2 tea spoon
Dark chocolate chips – ¼ cup
Sponge cake – 1 piece
Sugar sauce – 5 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take a sauce pan. Add milk, gelatin, sugar, vanilla essence and mix. Then heat it in 180 degree Celsius in an oven for two minutes. ( it should not get boiled). Add chocolate chips into it and keep it for five minutes. Avoid sugar syrup. Then pour the mixture into a bowl and keep it a freezer for cooling. Chocolate moose is ready. On top of sponge cake pour this chocolate moose. Then on top of it pour chocolate sauce and can serve.
