Maida – 2 cup
Sugar ( powdered) – ½ cup
Custard powder – ½ tea spoon
Butter – ¾ cup
Dates – ¼ cup
Raisins ( cut into very small pieces) – ¼ cup
Banana 9 cut into very small pieces – ¼ cup
Milk – 2 cup
Baking soda – 2 tea spoon
Vinegar – 1 table spoon
Salt – one pinch

Method of preparation

Take the Maida, custard powder, powdered sugar, and salt join together. Add butter and mix it well with this. Then add the chopped pieces of fruits. Dissolve the baking soda into little water. Add vinegar into it. Mix this well and add this with the prepared cake mix and join to make a batter. Rub the ghee on the cake tin and add the butter in the bottom and pour this cake batter Pre Heat the oven and keep it in 300 degree F/ and bake it for one hour till it becomes brown colour.
