Ingredients

Egg – 3
Sugar powder – 1 cup
Maida – ½ kilo
Soda powder – ¼ small spoon
Salt – as required
Water – ¾ cup ( as required)
Oil – to fry

Method of preparation

Beat the egg and add sugar into it and dissolve it by beating it again. Take maida, soda powder and salt and mix it properly. Make a hole in the center of the Maida dough and pour this egg sugar mix and mix well. Then add required water and knead the dough like you knead it for chappathi and keep it aside for fifteen minutes and keep it aside. Make balls out of the dough and spread it round with half inch thickness. Cut one side of this into square pieces. Cut one side of each square pieces with knife. Fry this in oil. While frying, the cake will come out well. Spread sugar powder on top of it and serve hot.
