Double cream – 800 ml
Milk – 200 ml
Powdered sugar – 150 ml
Dark Chocolate – 700gm
Egg – 7
Egg yoke – 4

Heat the double cream, milk and powdered sugar together. Add egg and egg yoke to this. Remove from the stove and add chocolate to this. Mix everything well. Brush butter onto a plate and pour the mixture onto it. Bake it in oven or steam it.
To steam, add butter to the plate in which the cake is to be steamed, add sugar on top of the butter. Pour the mixture and then cover the plate with butter paper or silver foil and steam it.
