1.Double Cream – 800 milli
2.Milk – 200 milli
3.Sugar powder – 150 milli
4. Dark chocolate – 70 gram
5. Egg – 7
6. Egg yolk – 4

Method of preparation

Take the ingredients from 1 to 3 and heat. add , 5and 6 ingredients into it. Remove it from the stove and add chocolate into it. Mix all these well and transfer this content into Butter greased vessel. You can bake this or steam it When you are steaming first grease the vessel which you to steam with butter. Then above it add the sugar powder. Cover this vessel with butter paper / silver foil
