Ingredients

Fig (Athipazham) – 20 nos
Honey – ¼ cup
Condensed milk – ½ tin
Cream – ½ cup
Milk – ¼ cup

Method of Preparation
Soak the fig into the hot water for six hours. Then grind it in a mixer. Mix the milk and condensed milk and beat it in a mixer. Add the beaten milk into the fig mixture. Add honey , cream and again blend it . Transfer this content to a vessel and and keep it in freezer for three hours. When it get thick you can serve
