1.Maida – 2 cup
Salt – one pinch
Egg – 1
Turmeric powder – one pinch
2.Coconut – one half – grated
Sugar – as required
Cardamom – 1 crushed
Ghee – as required

Method of preparation

Take the 1 st mentioned ingredients and make a batter like dosa batter and keep it aside. Later take the second mentioned ingredients and knead well. Take a pan and grease it with ghee. Then pour the spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to thin round. . keep on medium flame. When it gets cooked on one side place the prepared mixture on one end of the pathiri and roll it. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter, if required you can add one pinch of cumin seed instead of cardamom. You can also add avil together with coconut to make more tasty
