Egg – 3 nos
Maida (all purpose flour) – 2 cup
Butter – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tea spoon
Sugar powder – 1 ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
Curd ( yogurt) – ½ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Coconut ( grated) – 1 cup
Baking soda – ¾ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Knead the Maida, and baking powder to make dough. Add the butter and sugar powder to it and again knead it. Again knead the dough by adding the vanilla essence and curd. Then add the Maida paste, milk and coconut. Take another vessel and beat the egg white and baking soda till it gets fluffy. Then add this along with the flour mixture and mix well to make a thick batter. Then pour this batter into the baking tray greased with ghee and bake it. Tasty Easter cake is ready
