
Ingredients
Churakka – ½ Kilo
Cashew nut – 10
Pista – 10
Milk – 3 cup
Ghee – 3 -4 table spoon
Sugar – ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – ½ small spoon
Raisins – 10
Method of preparation
Clean the churakka (bottle gourd) and peel off the skin. Remove the seed and grate it. make cashew nut and pista into small pieces. Keep the milk on the stove and boil in low flame. Boil it till the quantity reduced to two cups. Heat the ghee on a pan and put the grated churakka (bottle gourd) into it and saute. Add the prepared milk into it and cook. Cook till the milk gets drained out . keep on stirring it so that it is not forming lumps. Add the sugar and cardamom powder into it and stir. When the sugar gets dissolved properly add cashew nut, raisins, pista and remove from the stove. when it gets cooled add make it into pieces and can serve. Can serve this dudhi halwa with ice cream.
