Ingredients:

Custard powder
Milk – 250ml
Gelatin – 10gm
Egg – 2
Raisins – 20gm
Cashewnut – 20gm
Biscuit – 20gm

Preparation:
Add the yoke of the egg, milk and sugar to the custard powder. Add gelatin to the water and mix well. Add this mixture to the custard mix. When this cool off add this to well beated eggs. Mix well and form a jelly out of it. Add biscuit powder on top of it and serve.
