Ingredients:
Cucumber – 1 cup
Coconut Milk (1st milk) – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – as needed
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Fried rice powder – 1 1/2 cup
Water – as needed
Sarva Sugandhi Leaf – as needed

Preparation:
Boil the coconut milk  by adding some salt to it. Add the ripe cucumber pieces to this. Add rice powder, jeera to this and when this cools off make balls from this mixture. Wrap this in the sarva sugandhi leaf and cook in steam.
