Corn cream style – 2 ½ cup
Mil – 2 cup
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Grated cheese – ¼ cup
Dried Parsley leaves
Ayamodhakam leaf – ¼ tea spoon
Salt, pepper – as required
Egg – 2

Method of preparation

Mix the egg and mil well and beat it. add bread crumbs corn (cream Style) into it and mix. Add the grated cheese into it and mix. Then add the salt, pepper powder. Spread the dried parsley leaves and pour this mix into a baking dish greased with ghee. Then close it with cling film. Take a big bowl and fill the half portion of it with water. Then keep this bowl in a micro wave Oven. Preheat the oven for eight minutes. Then keep the pudding bowl into it and cook it for fifteen minutes. After five minutes take out from the oven. This pudding can also be prepared by steaming also.
