Ingredients

To make Base

Marry biscuit – ( powdered finely ) – 2 ½ cup
Sugar – 1 tea spoon
Butter – ½ cup
For topping
Condensed milk – 1 tin
Milk – 2 ½ cup
China grass – 10 gram
Water – 1 ½ cup
Sugar – 5 table spoon
Nescafe – 4 table spoon

Method of preparation

Melt the butter and then add it into the biscuit powder. Then add sugar and mix it. Then spread this in the pudding dish and press slightly with your hand and then keep it refrigerator for cooling.

Topping :

Take condensed milk in one vessel, add cup of milk ( keep ½ cup of milk separately), sugar, and heat it in low flame. Take another vessel and soak the china grass. Then heat it and dissolve. When the china grass get dissolved in water filter it and mix it in the milk. While mixing make sure the china grass and milk is having the same heat. Mix it well. Take ½ cup of milk which you kept separate and mix the Nescafe. After that add the china grass dissolved milk and stir it and mix. Take the biscuit mix from the fridge and mix it with the milk mixture. While pouring the milk make sure you are pouring slowly.
Then keep it in the fridge for cooling and serve.
