Ingredients
Grated Coconut – 2 cup
Rice (pachari) – ½ Cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Powdered Cardamom – ¼ tsp
Cashew Nut and Dried grapes Roasted in Ghee ( decorate)
How to prepare
Soak the rice for two or three hour and clean the rice thoroughly. Take the soaked rice, grated coconut and little bit of water and grind it well it it become a soft batter. Should be careful that the batter is not watery. Take a non stick pan, put the sugar with sufficient water and boil for some time till it become syrup. When the syrup starts to become thread like add the batter ( coconut and rice) and cardamom powder and mix well. Continue the process till it get separated from the sides of the pan. Before you switch off the stove add ghee and mix it again. Finally decorate with Cashew Nurt and Dried grapes.
