Milk – 500 ml
corn flour – 150 gm
Butter – 10 gm
Coconut essence – one drop
Grated coconut – 50 gm
cashew nut – 5 gm
Dried grapes – 5 gm
Sugar – 150 gm
cardamom powder – half teaspoon
cardamom crushed – five
Cherry – five


Pour the milk in a vessel and add sugar, bring to boil. Add cashew nut, grapes, cardamom powder, coconut essence and again boil. Add the corn flour mixed in water and when it is thickened pour the whole thing into a flat vessel. Heat butter in a pan and add the grated coconut, crushed cardamom and sugar and heat up. Spread this on the pudding. Slice the cherry and spread. Keep in fridge and use.
