Cocunut Barfi


Coconut Grated – 2 cup
Mil – 3 cup
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Ghee – 2 big spoon
Cardamom – as required
Cashew nut – ½ cup ( powder)
( you can also use Mild maid instead of Sugar and Milk )
Colour – if necessary

Method of cooking

Mix well the grated coconut , milk, sugar , cardamom together and cook the same in a vessel in medium flame . Stir it continuously until it become thick liquid. Once it get thick, add ghee into it . Mix this thoroughly to make ghee spread everywhere. pour this liquid in a flat vessel with ghee, Then spread the cashew powder above. . Once it gets cooled you can cut this into pcs in any required shapes.
